A Memory Café is a social gathering, a safe and welcoming space, for individuals living with memory loss and their caregivers to connect, socialize, and build support networks - often through activities and shared experiences. Harbor House is proud to announce the establishment of the 21st Judicial District Domestic Violence Fatality Review Team, one of just five pioneer sites in the state. This important initiative, launched in June 2024, aims to strengthen the community’s response to domestic violence by thoroughly examining cases that resulted in fatalities or near-fatalities.
