Dr. Caldwell spent 15 years working in the ever-changing big box retail environment. He has had thousands of conversations that have helped business grow and succeed, and relationships flourish. After spending 15 years in this environment, he brought his expertise to the Healthcare Industry and served as the Director of Retail Operations for Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, IL. After that he went on to Amazon and operated one of the busiest fulfilment centers in North America. Most recently he has come back to his love of healthcare serving as an Operations Manager for Cardinal Health. In all of this he has never left his passion for learning, and continues to share his knowledge by serving as an adjunct professor for Governors State University.
Community is a key component of Dr. Caldwell, and his time has included service for a variety of organizations. Dr. Caldwell has been a volunteer for Gilda’s Club, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the United Way. Currently, Dr. Caldwell serves on the BBCHS District #307 School Board as President, serves as the Vice-Chair on the Illinois 3 Rivers Association of School Boards, and is Co-Founder of Sweet Darren’s, a bakery and ice cream shop dedicated to job training and employing the special needs population.
