To support the development of a comprehensive, workable local plan to implement Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI), interested jurisdictions must complete the Local Plan Template. The ARI Local Plan Template includes elements of a mini strategic plan such as the statement of need, description of program partners, analysis of gaps in services and sanctions, and explanation of the proposed interventions to create new or expand existing community-based alternatives to incarceration for defined target populations.
