Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) and the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority hosted the first ARI Equity Forum on September 22, 2022, at the Illinois State University Bone Student Center in Normal Illinois. Fifty-five participants representing 43 counties from the ARI network joined the event to focus on disrupting systemic racial inequities, honoring humanity, and expanding access to diversion programs for justice-impacted individuals. The event was facilitated by Dr. Annice Fisher, of Developing Capacity Coaching, who provided an engaging workshop on Conscious Leadership.

Adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) and the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority hosted the first ARI Equity Forum on September 22, 2022, at the Illinois State University Bone Student Center in Normal Illinois. ARI recognizes the urgent need to provide equitable access to ARI-funded programs as an alternative to incarceration. The conversations at this event created space to launch conversations with ARI sites about expanding program access and eliminating barriers to program enrollment for all who can benefit.
