Terri Mariano

Terri Mariano is the Community Engagement Manager for ICJIA’s Adult Redeploy Illinois, R3, and Reentry Units. Terri brings more than 15 years of experience across behavioral and mental health, juvenile justice, community violence intervention, and trauma-informed systems. Her background includes leadership in clinical quality, risk management, program development, staff wellness, and organizational improvement. She has held clinical and leadership roles serving youth, families, and communities impacted by trauma and violence.

Terri holds a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). Her work is grounded in collaboration, restorative practices, and a commitment to strengthening systems through community voice and meaningful cross-sector partnerships.
