We are seeking a System support Technician professional to join our IT team. This position works closely with internal and external customers installing and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting errors and providing technical support to the client base. The incumbent will diagnose and reproduce issues that are reported to the Customer Support team. Primary responsibilities include communicating with customers via telephone, written correspondence, through on-line services, and face to face meetings regarding technically complex service issues.
