Language Services Announcement

The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, age, disability, gender, or sex.

To support its goals of being inclusive and accessible to all, ICJIA provides free language assistance services to individuals whose primary language is not English. Language assistance services include providing qualified interpreters and translating documents to ease access to important information about ICJIA programs, benefits, and activities. These services are available in various languages.

ICJIA also provides qualified sign language interpreters to people with disabilities who may need assistance to effectively communicate with us.

In addition, the ICJIA website allows users to quickly translate its content into multiple languages. Simply click TRANSLATE at the top right of the homepage to view the available languages and choose your preferred language. If your preferred language does not appear as an option, please email ICJIA at CJA.LAPRequests@illinois.gov for further assistance.
