The City of Chicago has contracted with the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) to complete a two year evaluation of the Youth Intervention Pathways (YIP) program. The YIP program is a collaborative effort involving the Chicago Department of Family and Support Services and Chicago Police Department that offers deflection and diversion alternatives for Chicago youth who come into contact with police. ICJIA seeks an experienced research and project manager to lead the evaluation and supervise junior project staff. The selected candidate will have strong social science research and project management skills.
