Under the direction and supervision of Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel, performs technical and legal work; drafts agreements, bills, amendments, resolutions, rules and regulations; collaborates with staff to create funding priorities and plans; evaluates, develops, and validates program standards, policies and procedures; conducts legal research; advises officials and the public.
