We’re looking for an exceptional individual who is capable of successfully implementing the Authority’s fiscal policies and procedures and will enjoy leading our fiscal and auditing teams. This position serves as the Chief Financial Officer and the Director of Fiscal Management. This position also formulates, interprets, controls and administers statewide policies regarding all Fiscal Programs; provides fiscal oversight and monitoring to ensure adherence to applicable laws, rules regulations, contract, and financial reporting guideline; develops and implements the Authority’s fiscal policies and procedures; administers plans, and coordinates activities, either directly or through subordinate supervisors, leading to the development, attainment and management of the Authority’s multi-funded annual budget; serves as spokesperson on all matters associated with fiscal programs.
