This position will provide in-person information system/technology related support services for Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority in Springfield. The candidate will work closely with internal staff and external customers installing and maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting errors and providing technical support. The incumbent will diagnose and reproduce issues that are reported to the technology support team. Duties will include in-person meetings, virtual meeting, phone calls, email correspondence with ICJIA staff regarding technology related issues.
