This PSC seeks application developer services to complete project-specific objectives for ICJIA’s InfoNet System, an Internet-based custom application used by more than 100 victim service providers throughout Illinois to track crime victim services anonymously. ICJIA received a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime, to support planned objectives for this project known as InfoNet Stepping Forward (ISF), which ends September 30, 2022. The ISF project aims to enhance the application’s capacity to help victim service providers (users): 1) comply with federal reporting requirements; 2) conduct more comprehensive case management services with victims/clients; and 3) facilitate more meaningful evaluation of programs and services to crime victims. Project tasks include adding new data fields; converting some existing data fields from their current single timepoint format to be collected at multiple timepoints, and building new reporting tools within the application. Duties will include designing, developing, testing, debugging, and implementing new application functions and reporting tools within InfoNet, including drafting system documentation for these enhancements.
