GRANT OPPORTUNITY: Deferred Prosecution Grants

Notice of Funding Opportunity

Grants are now available to operate a deferred misdemeanor prosecution program in your county. Pre-trial deferred prosecution programs divert individuals from the system, and their charges are dismissed upon successful completion of the program.

A total of $750,000 is available to state’s attorney’s offices for these programs.
