Innovation and Digital Services
The Innovation and Digital Services Unit (IDS) develops and manages ICJIA’s computerized information systems and databases, including the Computerized Lab Reporting Information System and InfoNet. The unit is responsible for website and software development systems operations, as well as technical support. IDS also provides technical support for in-house systems and computer users.
Tony Jenkins is the deputy director of the Information Systems Unit. He has nearly 30 years of experience in computer information technology, having worked as the ICJIA operations director for IPSAN and in other ICJIA capacities during most of his career.
Juan Lyle, our new Chief Information Officer (Director of IDS)! With over a decade of experience in technology leadership, Juan brings a wealth of expertise in bridging technical operations with strategic administration.
Holding a Master of Public Administration and multiple industry certifications, including ITIL v3 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Juan has successfully optimized IT infrastructures across higher education, public administration, and human services. His passion for digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data-driven innovation will be instrumental in advancing our organization’s technological capabilities.
