ICJIA’s communications department is responsible for leading messaging for the agency. The Communications Department is developing an employee-focused messaging strategy. The plan will aide in fostering a culture of community and connectivity among staff in our hybrid workplace.

We are seeking a short-term professional to review existing data and other resources to help guide the strategy. They will be responsible for building the framework that tracks employees progress towards current organizational goals, activities, and initiatives.
