Subject to administrative approval, serves as chief technical and legal advisor for the Executive Director providing advice, legal opinions, and consultation on Authority legal matters, rules, regulations and procedures and contracts. Coordinates all staffing of meetings of the Authority and its Committees including preparation of agendas, contents of mailings, presentations by staff and others to ensure information and materials are complete, accurate and timely. In the absence of the Executive Director, provides leadership, direction and policy-making decisions for the Authority and its staff.
