We are seeking a passionate social science researcher to provide evaluation support for the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) funded Safe from the Start (SFS) program, an intervention for young children exposed to violence and for their caregivers. The candidate will use their research skills to analyze program data gathered by nine Illinois SFS sites to identify implementation barriers and demonstrate program effectiveness. Project tasks include analyzing quantitative data, drafting reports and presentations, providing training and technical assistance to sites, assisting with revising evaluation procedures to better meet sites’ needs, and actively participating in team meetings.
