The Illinois Department of Human Services has contracted with the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) to conduct an evaluation of deflection programs across the state. These deflection programs are a collaborative initiative involving the Illinois Department of Human Services, State Police, and TASC. The programs aim to provide alternative deflection and diversion options for individuals in Illinois who are experiencing substance use, mental health, or other conditions and have come into contact with law enforcement. ICJIA is seeking an experienced research and project manager to lead this evaluation and oversee a team of junior project staff. The successful candidate will possess strong social science research skills and proven project management expertise.
