This position is a Human Resources/Training Manager and has duties in several areas of human resources. This position will develop and build the training unit; research and develop curriculum, conduct training; oversee the filling of vacancies utilizing Success Factors; assist management and staff in all human resources areas; handle labor relations; provide guidance to management on staffing needs.
