The Federal Financial Manager plays a critical role in ICJIA’s administration of federal and state funds. He or she serves as a trusted advisor to the Chief Financial Officer and ensures that reports submitted to the federal government are complete, accurate, and timely submitted. He or she coordinates the agency’s annual submission of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) reports and serves as the principal liaison to external auditors.
