Under immediate supervision, for a period of six to twelve months, receives training in reviewing and analyzing proposals and budgets to determine qualifications and compliance with program and budget requirements; completes assignments of increasing difficulty involving the review and analysis of quarterly and close-out program and fiscal reports; reviews allocation requests and receives guidance and mentoring from Grant Team members; reviews and analyzes a sample number of quarterly subcontract programs and fiscal reports submitted by grantees; utilizes computer software and equipment to conduct research; attends workshops, meetings and on-site visits to become familiar with Agency programs, philosophies and objectives.
