Contractual Project Asst. (HEALS) - Temporary

The purpose will be to assist in supporting project staff in ensuring grant-funded activities are carried out seamlessly and project timelines and deliverables are met. The grant involves frequent meetings with numerous project coalition members and additional stakeholders from across Illinois. Therefore, it is essential to have an experienced project manager to assist in all administrative tasks such as managing attendance, meeting minutes, and maintaining membership lists and correspondence

The Linking Systems of Care Project Assistant is an exciting mid-level position that will help support a statewide project; the project’s goal is to inform services for children, youth, and families impacted by violence. The Project Assistant will assist the Project Director and other project members in all aspects of the project. This includes all administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, membership management and correspondence, maintaining meeting minutes as well as programmatic tasks such as analyzing grantee reports and facilitating meetings. This position will be part of a small team and contribute to lessons learned and project planning. This position will have many opportunities to collaborate with Illinois and national partners.
