The Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority (ICJIA) Innovations Institute is launching a new capacity-building hub for community-based organizations that have recently been funded and those that have previously been denied funding. The Innovations Institute will provide coaching to assist organizations over the next few years. The goal of the Innovations Institute is to support the growth of each of the partner organizations and ensure that their organizations are operating at a high capacity and are better able to sustain themselves.
This position will assist in some development, design, and implementation of the capacity-building program. This position will be responsible for supporting organizations that will be placed in the cohorts with efforts to assist in the strengthening of the organizational infrastructure of cohort partners. This position will review the assessments completed by cohort partners to determine their specific needs and help to facilitate services to address their need.
