Under the supervision of the Center for COmmunity Corrections Research manager, the individual will conduct an investigation of performance measurement for the adult Redeploy Illinois (ARI) program. This is expected to be a mixed methods investigation of the past performance metrics used by the program, how program participants are referred to and enrolled by providers, and what measurements are both viable to collect and appropriate indicators of success. consulting with the ARI oversight board PErformance Measurement Committee, ARI providers, and ICJIA internal staff to Plan and Execute the project is required. The project is expected to incorporate a statistical analysis of Available quantitative data as well as a qualitative analysis of factors affecting program performance. The latter should be based on interview and/or focus group data in addition to review of written materials and policies.
