The Accountant Supervisor position within the Office of Fiscal Management at the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority is responsible for tracking, monitoring, and allocating administrative costs (e.g., payroll, travel, procurement) to state and federal grants, participates in the annual budgeting process, and prepares various accounting reconciliations. This role supervises a small staff and utilizes state supplied systems (e.g., SAMS, SAP, Hana), the suite of Microsoft Office tools, and his or her problem-solving skills to keep the agency moving forward. The ideal candidate will be an active participant in payroll, financial reporting & analysis, and processing of documentation required for contracts and payments.
